Diversity in the Corporate World
The racial conflicts that have sparked violent protests in the US in recent weeks have prompted many companies to make statements about their policies in this regard, but given the current racial composition of the leadership layers in the corporate world in this country, many have reacted with skepticism. There are companies that have announced concrete measures, as in the example we see below. The next few years will tell if the change is lasting.
